AutoAccepter 2 FREE Trial - Terms & Conditions

To use the FREE AutoAccepter 2 trial for 14 days please read the information below, and submit the request form for pre-qualification.

We want you have a successful experience with the AutoAccepter 2, so we're pre-screening users to better provide you with information and assistance to help you maximize your order capture rate during the trial.

First, please carefully read the "System Requirements" and "Key Success Factors" sections below, and then complete the "A2 Trial Request Form" to request your free 2-week software trial.

System Requirements

The AutoAccepter 2 needs a Windows PC with at least 1 gigabyte of RAM and 1 ghz or faster CPU. We require high-speed internet, so check your bandwidth, and avoid wi-fi, as wireless connections are unpredictable (use a cable). We currently don't support Apple.

When you're installing the AutoAccepter 2, make sure to disable sleep-mode on your PC. Also, you must install iMacros before installing the AutoAccepter 2 application. If your PC goes to sleep or you didn't install iMacros, then you won't capture any orders.

Key Success Factors

Know Your Market. Our AutoAccepter 2 includes national usage statistics to give you detailed info on which BPO companies are broadcasting orders in your area. It'll give you details by company, state, month, and hour of the day - all of which will help you pick the best companies to run in your AutoAccepter 2.

Get Registered. Review our list of auto-accept companies to see if you're registered with BPO companies that our software supports, and use our comprehensive list of BPO companies to get approved with more of them.

Not all BPO companies are major broadcast providers, so the companies you choose can make a big difference in your results.

Know Your Limits. During the software trial you'll be limited to accepting orders from 5 providers. Try using all 5 available tasks if you're registered with that many companies - it'll improve your chances for success. Also, if you're getting a lot of email notifications about "available orders" that you're never able to catch, try using those companies - those emails are an indicator that orders are available in your area. You can add more tasks later, but focus first on getting results from your top-5 choices.

Stay Competitive. Less than 25% of all BPO orders are broadcast, and lots of agents are competing to accept them. Using auto acceptance can give you an edge, but if your market is saturated with agents, you may want to try different BPO companies. If our software works for you, don't tell anyone else within your marketplace that you are using the AutoAccepter 2 unless you want to decrease your own productivity.
