Nicole Ocean, Founder, Owner & Chief Operationing Officer of the BPO Automation Group. Nicole got started doing BPO work in September 2006. In the span of 5 years as a real estate salesperson she dedicated her time and efforts to specializing in BPO work. Having worked for over 35+ different BPO & REO companies and completing over 1,000+ BPO reports as well as leading a BPO team, she has seen and done almost everything in this business.

In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her 14 year old son and sweetheart. She calls Miramar Beach, Florida her home. Nicole likes doing iPhone photography and turning them into art, rollerblading, getting out in nature and doing road trips.

Jennifer Bainbridge, Tech-Support Manager. Jennifer is an integral part of our team and has been with the company for over 4 years. She is our 'resident expert' and is knows just about everything about BPO software that there is to know.

Her background is in technical writing, customer service and training for over 10 years. We are super fortunate to have Jennifer be part of our team.

In her free time she enjoys writing, gaming and rock collecting.

Randy Fontenot, Sales Manager. Randy joined our team recently. He has a passion for providing a high level of customer service, helping people and thrives by making people's day a little brighter.

His background is as a sales and marketing consultant within the jewelry industry. We are extremely blessed that Randy is part of our team.

In his free time he enjoys hanging out and spending time with family, his sweetheart as well as going fishing and diving.

Jennifer Burnett, Customer Service/Tech Support Representative.

Jennifer is the newest member of our team. She strives to go above and beyond in all she does and it shows! Expect to enjoy interacting with her as she has a special talent with people and is truly a 'people person.'

Her background is in TV, in Accounting and as an Administrative Assistant. We are very happy to have Jennifer on our team.

In her free time she enjoys family time, doing arts and crafts and singing.
