Meet the BPO Automation Team:

Nicole got started doing BPO work in September 2006. In the span of 5 years as a real estate salesperson and Realtor, she dedicated her time and efforts to specializing in BPO work. Having worked for over 35+ different BPO & REO companies and completing over 1,000+ BPO reports as well as leading a BPO team, she has seen and done almost everything in this business. View her resume here.

Nicole’s passion is BPO’s and this industry, as well as in teaching, coaching and helping real estate professionals succeed.

In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her 18-year old son, Nick Surfer Ocean when he’s not travelling the world on his bicycle. She calls Florida her “Home in Paradise.” Since she can work from anywhere that there is an Internet connection, Nicole takes full advantage of being a digital nomad and loves having a location independent business. Another love of hers, beyond helping people through her software and coaching, is doing iPhone photography and turning them into art, writing, Segwaying, getting out in nature, being musical and travelling.

Jennifer rejoins our team after having years of experience working for our company already. She is a customer favorite and is well versed at going above and beyond in all that she does.

In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her beloved family and friends and loves to travel.

Jamie comes to our team with a solid background as an executive assistant as well as is retired from the Air Force where she was a paralegal, law office manager and an instructor. Let me just tell you that she’s one smart and capable lady and we are honored to have be part of our team.

In her free time, she loves hanging out at the beach and almost lives there during summertime as well as enjoying spending time with loved on.

JC he comes to us with 20+ years as a Technology Consultant as well as a software and website developer. He also has vast knowledge and experience in providing technology solutions to real estate companies.

He has lived in Northwest Florida most of his life and enjoys boating his beloved wife and flying. He is also a BIG dog lover!

Claro joined our team after having gone up the ranks over the past 10+ years, of what it takes to be a successful software developer. His specialty is in .NET download-able software applications. We are honored and very fortunate to have him on our team. We couldn’t do what we do without him and consider him our Rockstar programmer extraordinaire.

In the last year, he has helped us do a major overhaul and much needed upgrades to our BPO AutoFill software and systems. It’s our first major upgrade to our software in 4 long years!
