Nicole Ocean, founder and co-owner of the BPO Automation Group. Nicole got started doing BPO work in September 2006. In the span of 5 years as a real estate salesperson she dedicated her time and efforts to specializing in BPO work. Having worked for over 35+ different BPO & REO companies and completing over 1,000+ BPO reports as well as leading a BPO team, she has seen and done almost everything in this business.
In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her son, iPhone photography, getting out in nature, doing road trips, running a few local Meetup groups as well as taking time to enjoy the simpler things in life.
Steve Lorimer, Co-owner and Sales Manager of the BPO Automation Group. Steve is the other owner of the company and has been a critical part of our team for over 3 years. His background spans being a mortgage and real estate broker for many years. He knows his stuff and truly enjoys talking with people about our products and services.
In his free time he enjoys boating in the Pacific Northwest region of Washington state, photography, time spent with friends and family, reading and traveling.
Jennifer Bainbridge, Tech Support Manager/Customer Service. Jennifer is an integral part of our team and has been with the company for over 2 years. Her background is in technical writing, customer service and training for over 9 years.
In her spare time she enjoys writing, gaming and rock collecting.
Nathan Pasma, Tech Support / Installer. Nathan is the newest member of our team. He has a passion for customer service and a background as a help-desk technician for over 5 years.
In his spare time he enjoys being a member of the Bellingham Chamber Choir and spending time with his wife.
Karen Medalen, Inside Salesperson. Karen has an extensive background that spans from being a currently licensed real estate broker in the state of California to having 25+ years of management experience.
In her spare time she enjoys traveling, bowling, golf, cycling and walking.
