Nicole Ocean, Founder, Owner & Chief Operating Officer of the BPO Automation Group. Nicole got started doing BPO work in September 2006. In the span of 5 years as a real estate salesperson she dedicated her time and efforts to specializing in BPO work. Having worked for over 35+ different BPO & REO companies and completing over 1,000+ BPO reports as well as leading a BPO team, she has seen and done almost everything in this business.
In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her 15 year old son, Nick Surfer Ocean and their sweet dog named, Blu Ocean. They call Santa Rosa Beach, Florida their home in paradise. Nicole likes doing iPhone photography and turning them into art, rollerblading, getting out in nature, being musical and doing road trips.
Jennifer Burnett, Customer Service/Tech Support Manager.
Jennifer strives to go above and beyond in all she does and it shows! Expect to enjoy interacting with her as she has a special talent with people and is truly a 'people person.'
Her background is in TV, in Accounting and as an Administrative Assistant. We are very happy to have Jennifer on our team.
In her free time she enjoys family time, doing arts and crafts, cooking and singing.
