Our custom macro service provides any BPO Automation Group 'AutoFill' customer the opportunity to hire us to create custom macro scripts for any company that is presently offered in our BPO Automation Suite Pro software application.

Price: $100.00/hour (Most 1-2 page forms take one hour to customize. More complex, multiple page forms may require more time to create, test and complete.)

The BPO Automation Group offers an in-house department that specializes in custom macro requests.

Pricing varies from job to job. We will provide each person with a custom quote within 1-2 of initial request.

Factors that effect the cost of a project include:

• Overall size and complexity of the job

• Number of web pages within the form that need to be automated

• Complexity of web page navigation

• Total number of data fields that need to be captured

Examples of simple forms are: Clear Capital, LSI, Old Republic and most CoreLogic forms to name but a few.

Examples of more complex forms are: Altisource, EML, PCV Murcor, PASREO, RRR, VSS to name but a few.

Turnaround time: 2 business days from date of you purchasing a custom macro through our secure shopping cart as well as seeing a request for us to create a custom macro by means of submitting a tech ticket request through our Members site.

Ocwen/Altisource is on Fire, Fire, Fire this morning within our Order Central software!

Our BPO Company of the Month of August is....Ocwen/Altisource!

I woke up this morning and like most day's I start by opening up our Order Central AutoAccept software to check the Stats and see how the software is performing for our customers.

When I opened up the 'Statistics' tab this morning, I was SHOCKED! I learned that Ocwen/Altisource is on fire this morning! Our OC AutoAccept software already captured 176 out of 196 orders with this company alone and all before 8:30 am. Please see the image below!

As I talk with BPO/REO agents and brokers all over the U.S each month many of them ask about Ocwen/Altisource and I tell them that this is the MOST successful company in our OC AutoAccept software. Powerful Stats that Show Trends in BPO Volume Across the United States

Let's Look at Some Real Numbers of Captured BPO Orders....

BPO Automation Group's Order Central auto-accept software has been producing record numbers of BPO orders for BPO & REO agents and brokers nationwide in the last 2+ years. We are one of the few remaining companies to provide real estate professionals with needed software to help in capturing more work as it is getting more and more difficult to receive BPO orders.

Let's move forward and now take a look at the capture stats for half of 2010 and then half of 2011 and then compare the numbers, please see the images below.
